The data comes from a survey of AI researchers, with 2,778 AI experts participating. In the survey, they were asked to know what kind of advancements will come through AI in the near future and in the distant future.

In 2022 and 2023, two consecutive years, researchers are asked specific questions through this survey. And as mentioned earlier, in 2022 they estimated the date of automation of most human tasks to be 2164. Coming in 2023, this estimate moves forward by 2116.

A 2023 survey also revealed a 50% chance of a much more advanced level of artificial intelligence or AI being invented by 2047. Such AI is called ‘high-level machine intelligence’. But in 2022 they thought this progress would take until 2060. That is, within the last 1 year, the researchers’ estimate of the possible time for the invention of ‘high-level machine intelligence’ has come forward by about 13 years.

The survey was led by Katia Grace and Harlan Stewart of the University of California, Berkeley. Through this survey, they tried to get an idea of ​​how long the progress of ‘high-level machine intelligence’ is possible.

Simply put, ‘high-level machine intelligence’ is a state of AI where a machine can perform all kinds of tasks more efficiently than humans without any help. At the same time, doing these tasks with those machines will cost less money than human workers.

However, within the next 1 decade, AI will be able to efficiently create such websites from scratch. It will be possible to do the work of creating a website with information from a single sentence instruction mechanically.

3.  Helping customers in banking

At present, the customers of the bank call the customer care in case of any kind of problem or to get information. The customer care representative then assists the customer according to their specific needs or queries.

However, in the near future AI will start being used alongside humans to discuss these personal issues with customers. AI can do many tasks related to phone-banking. AI can do tasks like issuing new bank cards or replacing lost bank cards to customers as efficiently as humans.
